Alexandra Breckenridge

American actor Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. Her career began with minor roles in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2002) and She's the Man (2006). Later, she was cast in the role of reporter Willa McPherson in FX's show Dirt. She also had a supporting part in FX's short-lived series The Ex List. She was the lead character of Moira O'Hara on the first season of FX's American Horror Story, and as Kaylee in the third season. She portrayed Jessie Anderson in the AMC series The Walking Dead and Sophie in the NBC series This Is Us. She also voices characters from Family Guy's animated comedy series. Since her appearance in 2019, she has been starring as Melinda "Mel" Monroe in the Netflix series Virgin River. Breckenridge lived in Darien, Connecticut, until 10 years old at which point she and her mother moved to California,[1] where they were able to move around for a year before eventually settling in Mill Valley. Breckenridge was 13 when she first began to pursue an interest in photography, acting and singing. When she was 15, she moved with her mother to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career
